Founder and Executive Director Nnamnse Ammons has lived this thesis his entire life. The first Hall of Fame swimmer in DeMatha Catholic’s history and an All-Atlantic Coast Conference swimmer at Florida State University, Nnamnse earned a full athletic scholarship to FSU and went on to qualify for the U.S. Olympic Trials. He carried that same discipline into the business world, founding an information technology firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. Today, he channels both careers into mentoring young people from every background — showing them, as he once learned himself, that the water and the keyboard teach the exact same lesson: you are capable of far more than you think.
